Brainstorm Hospitality Group, operator of TGI Fridays, Hard Rock Cafe, and other local brands, is looking for an IT Officer to join our team in our Head Office in Larnaca.


Job Summary:

In this role, the IT Officer will report directly to the IT Manager and be responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's IT systems and infrastructure. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused individual with strong technical skills and a passion for providing excellent IT support.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and user support mindset

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Fluent in Greek and English

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, and systems)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely, over the phone, or on-site

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications in restaurants

  • Support ongoing IT operations and assist with new technology projects

  • Train team members on systems, tools, and best practices

  • Document processes and technical solutions

  • Prepare reports and assist with data exports

  • Test and evaluate new technologies
