As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the restaurant, lead and motivate the team, and help create a great experience for our guests. Working alongside the General Manager, you will play an important role in the success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Part of the restaurant’s management team

• Responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant

• Organize and supervise shifts

• Train team members regarding restaurant’s goals to achieve desired results

• Ensuring guests’ satisfaction

• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness

• To have in-depth knowledge of menu, recipes and Fridays culinary and drink building methods

Qualifications

• A team player, an effective communicator with a pleasant and dynamic personality

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of Greek and English Language

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Good management and organizational skills

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in similar position, will be considered an advantage

• College degree in Hospitality will be considered an advantage
