Restaurant Manager
If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working with people, this role could be for you! As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the restaurant, lead and motivate the team, and help create a great experience for our guests. Working alongside the General Manager, you will play an important role in the success of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
Part of the restaurant’s management team
Responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant
Organize and supervise shifts
Train team members regarding restaurant’s goals to achieve desired results
Ensuring guests’ satisfaction
Passion for continuous learning and professional development
Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
To have in-depth knowledge of menu, recipes and Fridays culinary and drink building methods
Qualifications
A team player, an effective communicator with a pleasant and dynamic personality
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Greek and English Language
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Good management and organizational skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in similar position, will be considered an advantage
College degree in Hospitality will be considered an advantage
